ScorCherry Sauce

So after spending the weekend making various hot pepper recipes, I decided to bang out a couple labels, just for the heck of it. I don't sell anything I make myself (for obvious legal reasons) but that doesn't mean it shouldn't look real purty as it hogs the counter space.

Here's my latest creation -

This is my Trinidad Scorpion with Door County Cherry recipe, called 'ScorCherry' Sauce. Nice little play on words, ehh :rofl:

It's pretty good, not much heat. The cherry flavor doesn't pop quite as strongly as I'd wanted. Next time I'll start off with more cherries and juice then reduce it down to a concentrated syrup before adding it to the sauce.

But it ain't bad for me.

I got mine today. Was going to do my first youtube video only to find that my gaming computer has no microphone driver. It got a virus during my oldest son's "hacker phase" and when my friend who is a computer genius wiped and redid everything apparently the microphone driver was forgot.....grrrrrr

Will type up a review once I try to get this driver if it doesn't fix it.

Fantastic name---I love it. I am Door County and am going to raise some peppers next year.
Stop by if you come up and we can do some taste testing next year.
