Saiias, I like your Raita recipe! (without the avacado). Nothing wrong with avacado, I just like them cut up on their own. Your Raita pairs perfectly with those shrimps. Very yummy looking! :cheers:

My guess would be 1 to 1 so approximately 4oz mash to 4oz "other" ingredients. Depends on the heat level of the mash, flavor etc, and the heat level of sauce you want to make. But I am no sauce maker, someone much more knowledgeable will be here to answer your question better than I.

Eggs and beef. Magical combination! If you ever have leftover burger patties, try Eggs Benedict with one, and jalapeño Hollandaise. It will rock your world.

Another thing that's pretty damm good is Chili Burgers with eggs on top.
Layerd like a proper Chili Burger, Bun>Patty>American Cheese>Chili >Chopped Onion>Fried Egg.

I'm not a Chilli nut quite yet but i'm making progress.... i wanted to ask you qualified 'nuts' something though....
I have been looking at Jamaican Hot Chocolate seeds from a few places and have noticed that some call it a JHC habanero and others just JHC, so i'm wondering why that is, as i've also seen some say that JHC is not a habanero.
I know i'm on my way to becoming a Capsicum & Tomato nut when i'm getting concerned with such little things.   :rolleyes:
