Mushroom/Onion/Anaheim Wickle-CheezBurger

Ok, dis ain't fancy, it's lunch.

A premade patty, with Wickles Pepper Relish and mayo for the 'special sauce'. Oh, and lots of cheese.

Sauteed some mushrooms, onions, and Anaheim chiles in EVOO w/ pinch of sea salt/pepper/cayene powder.

Set those aside while I heated up the patty in the same pan. Put cheese on top, and a good shake of chile powder for good measure.

Put all togther and....

Ain't too bad.

Simple, but yummers.

I really like the Wickles Relish, it's not super hot, but is good. First ingredient is peppers, then cucumbers..can't be too bad eh?

I know, u hate mayo....bad experience perhaps?

Mey, I like the Whopper because it's juicy liek that, and I eat mayo on everything sammich. ;p

Pay no attention to this non lover of the oozy goozy piccy. I'm not much of a mayo fan but I don't trust those that don't like mustard! And to think IGG is part German! ahk..be gone nonmustard person and repent. Fetch thineself a jar of Bonesuckin'Jalapeno Mustard and cleanse thine pallet of sin.

Currently sweatin' through a few quesadilla's of smoked deli turkey, shredded cheddar, and Nova's 666 sauce...eek!

Dat Nova's 666 is awesome.
