Next week is the annual Sparks Rib Cook-Off.

I try all the venders and see if they are any good. For the most part they are but have never come close to my own ribs. I just wish I could get in the competition but it is invite only! :party:

It's also a great place to look for new hot sauces.

I'll let you all know how it was!! :cheers:
