Looks like a bit of left over hash to me. Got yer spuds, beef, sliced up habs. All you need now is a carrot fried in with the rest of it and wallah! Hash!
The chicken was marinated in italian dressing and the beef was marinated in a cajun marinade. marinating in yogurt... i never heard of that, sounds interesting.

BTW, abotu yer sig....the easiest way to add color is to select the text with the mouse then use the color pulldown. Saves typing and mistakes...not that I tend to pay attn to myself there.
