I have 13 signed and numbered sauces I'm taking to ZF.
The sauce is called "OGOUN". It's named after a vodou petro loa who is linked to FIRE, war and metal. It's got tastes of pineapple, coconut and even banana not to mention smoked, roasted and fresh habs and a lot of rum...malibu infused with fatili powder and Capt. Morgan's Private reserve...and some other "secret" ingredients to boost the heat level ( not extract) It's pretty much a one-off; I doubt I'll ever make something this crazy again.
