hot-sauce Floribbean Hot Sauce

4 habanero peppers ( red or orange)
3 cloves galic
1/4 cup distilled vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp commercial jerk sauce
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp allspice
1/2 cup mango
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp salt
place in blender puree till smooth. place in sauce pan heat till bubbling stirring it well cook for 3-5 minutes. remove and mix well pour into measuring cup add vinegar to make mixture measure 5 ounces pour into sterlized glass jar and place in fridge
