2 days! You probably didn't even need to cook it, the lemon juice would have done half the work for you!

You did good, CH!

Did you like it?

the ingerdients shown in first pic was not all thrown in the premix marination, just certain ammounts of each but some alot or all (like the habs, onions, limes)
I did 2 days for the full flavor, which worked.
also I keep forgetting stuff cuz its several days old, & drinking a stiff bacardi coke dont help either. I also added original juan X treme hot sauce to the marinate (just in caser it wasnt hot enough

oh yea I also took the marination & cooked it for dipping sauce.

thanks THP, & yes I liked it, for being the 1st time cooking some jerk. but to be honest theres vsome room for improvement on my part for ingerdient ammounts ( but hey its the 1st time cooking jerk so...)

Looks fantastic!!! Did you end up combining the chicken with the rice then adding whole chunks of Habs in with it?

thanks PF.
no, I ate the chicken & rice/beans as separate sides for the meal. I cooked up the marination & used that to dip the chicken in (couldnt let that go to waste, good flavor an heat) the habs were part of the marination/ dipping sauce.

That looked awesome!

You know, you could have saved a dollar on some reynolds wrap with the coupon on the chicken.

Tough economic times...

Well done Chile!

thanks frydad & Iggy.

I've made and worn the foil hats to bars, trust me, it's hilarious and fun!!! Careful, they tend to get hot after a while.
I would think you would be allergic to foil ;)
