Kitchen Check: How many peppers?

Just curious....
I was checking my spice cabinet, and counted almost 2 dozen different dried chile/pepper blends in there...and that's just the ground...not whole chiles!

What's in your cabinet?
 
Please look closely at my avatar, that was a quick gathering for the picture, my wife and I found about half again as many more while putting it away, and that does not include duplicates.
 
For dried chilies, I have about 14 1 quart mason jars filled with homegrown peppers. I have about 20 sauces in the fridge.

My wife has laid down the decree that the ZERO must be kept, basically hermetically sealed in The Lab. Poor little ZERO's, they were just trying to be friendly. I think it was because at night, her gas mask was chaffing her face.
