1st timer Sauce question

there's lots of good sauce recommendations on here.

for a basic cayenne sauce I'll use about 25 cayennes or so, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup water (or as needed), 4 or 5 cloves of garlic, tablespoon of sea salt. cook it, blend it, bottle it...good to go (I suggest not using a microwave). should make about 2 bottles.

I usually add in a few habs to bring up the heat a bit as well and adjust the liquids as I go. And careful with the vinegar because it's easy to take over the flavor if you use too much.
