What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

Just wondering - 2 1/2 lbs of cheese and one scorpion - what is the heat level?  Never had hotter than a bhut but have a hard time balancing them and was wondering about the scorpion. 
 
I tend to opt for green Tabasco on mine but that's just me. Don't think I've ever had a hot mac and cheese.
On the other hand, I did cook up some enchiladas using a homemade Chilhuacle Negro salsa the other night and, despite being rather on the mild side, it came out pretty well. Definitely got their deep, rich flavour coming through with its hints of cocoa and unsmoked tobacco. I wouldn't have it all the time but it was a very enjoyable variation on one of my favourite meals. Just wish I'd left out the coriander.

this sauce is unique in that it takes on a different flavor depending on what you serve it with 
in this meal it was slightly sweet like an asian plum sauce, with that rocoto flavor thats hard to describe but if you've had rocotos you recognize 
very nice mouth glow, not too hot but has some heat
