What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

Malaysian ramen with thin sliced bottom round, orange bell, white and green onion and a healthy dose of cilantro. A nice shot of red curry paste, Korean pepper flakes and coconut cream powder were also added.

My version of Pepper Steak.
  • Steak - marinated in stir fry sauce and a good amount of Joyner's 7Pot SR (Sample) Powder.  Pretty much will clear the room when the marinated meat hits the hot wok.
  • Red Bells
  • Yellow Bells
  • Red Onion
  • My version of stir fry sauce

Very, very spicy (Chris - the powder is amazing) but very, very tasty!
Sorry for the crappy picture.

I didn't really cook this from scratch but i had to mention these patties. They had them at Dollar Tree and cost $1. I cant believe how good these are for a buck. I didnt think the spicy beef was very spicy but the chicken had some zip to it. The crust also has some beef suet. That could be part of the reason the crust is so flaky and tasty.

Golden Krust patties.

OK ok i didn't really cook the taquitos unless a microwave counts but i did make the sides from scratch. Cukes are from the garden and i added some homemade lemon drop powder to the slaw. :D

Boston butt rolled pork roast basted with Char Siu sauce/honey/ginger/tamari and my hottest Korean pepper flakes. Smoked over mulberry from the tree i lost last year. Its coming off the smoker in a few minutes. I sorta cheated this time. Im trying the LKK Char Siu sauce with my additions.

Yeah...you guessed it....you all gotta wait on pics. :p
