What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

Here in central/south Texas when you order iced tea at a mexican joint, it will usually come with a lime wedge. Everywhere else its a lemon wedge. You will also likely not be asked sweet or unsweet at a mexican place, like you will be elsewhere.

And I can vouch for TB, I have seen native mexicans put lime on damn near everything while eating. But of course I also dont think Ive ever see one roll up meat and other toppings inside a whole tortilla and eat it. They usually tear the tilla into pieces as they go and use it like a soft chip or an accompaniment to whatever else they are eating. Nor have often see them eating flour tillas, almost always corn.
