What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.
 
Chicken breast peices, crumbed (breaded) with home made bread crumbs, and side salad with baby spinach, rocket, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrot, green beans, a ripe Jalapeno (in winter :dance: ) topped with hickory smoked Cayenne flakes, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Sauced with my own Scarlet Pain sauce.

Today's lunch.  Last evening's leftovers:  brown rice with basil, parsley, lemon & pecorino, lemon-garlic grilled chicken breast, grape tomatoes and a sprinkling of feta. 
 
All dressed with the leftovers of the Aleppo pepper brine from the marinated peppers I canned this morning.

Put that plate in a to go container.
 
Throw down some gravy on those mashed.
 
I don't know what that pile of semi brown/white sheeit is.
 
Whatever it is....
 
Gravy the hell out of that too.
 
Toss the green beans in the garbage.
 
Replace with edamame.
 
Call it a  Guatemalan Plate Lunch.
 
Or some such.
 
Post a video on the internet about it.
 
Or not.
 
I dunno'....
 
But.

You know I luv ya brother GIP but The TB is right about those greenbeans  :D
 
We gotta get ya off the canned and on to the frozen. If for nuthin else but a better photo op. 
 
frozen aren't so mushy you can still sautee em up al dente
 
Oh, and put the rest in my feed bag..pronto  :drooling:  :drooling:  :drooling:... and just dump the rest of the rocoto-loco in there too.
