What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

Is it a soup/stew?
Is it a taco?
Well it is sorta spicy so its just gunna go here i guess but i will be using some for taco meat too.

Its gunna go a little like this https://www.spicesinc.com/p-6394-birria-a-mexican-beef-stew.aspx

Well im out of Guajillo so its gunna get some extra ancho and some of my sweet heat mix. I also dont have Cascabel so its getting some of my dried Aji Panca from last year and Pasilla. I wanted that dark "mole look" anyway. I just dont care for real mole.

Now the recipe calls for using some of the pepper steeping water. I find that can get a little bitter. Probably use some beef stock instead. Get some acid bite from a little red wine vinegar and a little Jacks Cantina salsa. Shred the meat near the end and wet it. Maybe Cook some papa seca if i have leftover broth as a side dish.
