Salami and sausage Ciabatta.
Three eggs seasoned with black pepper and GIP's Insanity salt. (thanks again mate )
Spicy Salami, homemade sausage, black pepper Peccorino cheese all on a Ciabatta roll and under the grill until all are nice and toasty. Grilling cured meats like salami really brings the flavours out and adds so much more flavor.
Sauced with my own Scarlet Pain and a little Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce which goes so well with cured meats.
Egg added, and money shot.....
Oh so good.

Panko boneless chicken breast with ApriCito 7 aioli sauce. My brother went with a honey dijon mustard dressing with the ApriCito 7 mixed in, 2 parts hot sauce 3 parts dressing/mayo so its pretty zippy.

Fried chicken gizzards with homemade red jalapeno and super chile hot sauce. A little Korean pepper flakes in the beer batter also. The gizzards were simmered first in stock, rice wine, celery and a little soy sauce. Chilled overnight then battered and fried.
VERY tender gizzards!!!
