Ended up being spicy enough to satisfy. Served with soft flour tortillas and cuke/onion/pepper salad.

Gumbo! Andouille and shrimp, served on a bed of rice. Fried plantains on the side.

Obligatory sofrito shot, with celery, onion, rocoto, aji amarillo, and aji dulce😃

Not sure if shoshito's really count as spicy but they were tasty. Wok blistered over charcoal. Grilled shrimp tossed in garlic butter. Bruschetta with feta. Homegrown Toms and basil.

It was really freaking tasty! The eggplant, okra, rosemary, and San Marzanos came from my garden as well, so that obviously takes the flavor to the next level!

Chuck roast, red cabbage, taters and carrots. Seasoned with garam masala and freshly ground Aleppo powder. Basmati rice, Fresh Mucho Nacho for garnish and a side of black lentil masala. (Dal Bukhara)

It was my wife's turn to cook, and she made some Ghanean chicken soup with fufu. I always enjoy this dish, and it really showcases the flavor of scotch bonnets. It's a perfect dish to cook, since I'm picking P. Dreadie scotch bonnets daily now. Deeeelicious!

Street tacos with a smoked serrano salsa. Roasted up some habs, thai, cayenne and scotch bonnets to go with it.

Crawfish etouffee with toasted garlic bread. The bread is sooooo good after a good dunk in the etouffee😀

I made sure to de vein the rocoto and aji amarillo, before adding to the sofrito, but I diced the whole scotch bonnet in for the heat.
