Hi folks, I'm Chip from Connecticut. Have really enjoyed reading many of the post here. looking forward to learning from the wealth of info you all seem to have as well as the pure enjoyment of foods that make us sweat .

Thanks for all the "welcomes" everyone. I hope I'm posting this in the right place, if not feel free to tell what I'm doing wrong.

I'm from Ansonia, ct. Luckydog in the beautiful, sometimes backward, Naugatuck valley.

I've been a sauce enthusiast for some time and have just recently begun playing around with some of my own. Finding this forum was like striking gold to me.

My wife and I have a little deli/ specialty food place where I try out my creations. Sauce is new territory for me. I do alot with spicy soups and stews that seem to be pretty popular.

Looking forward to conversing with all of you.
