My first sauce

Just tested to make a small batch of sauce using my newly harvested Nagas, Bolivian Rainbows and Arriba a Saias.

Recipe:
1 pod of Naga Morich
2 pods of Bolivian Rainbow
1 pod of Arriba a Saia
1 large carrot
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 freshly squeezed lime
2 table spoons of red wine vineger
1 table spoon of cinnamon
1 table spoon of ginger
1 table spoon of cumin
1 table spoon of sugar
Salt


It turned out really good. The first couple of seoconds you only taste the spicies, and then the heat takes over. Can't wait to try this in a dish.

Beautiful color for sure. I like the idea of the cinnamon too.

I grew a Bolivian Rainbow this year and they're hot but the taste was nasty. Never thought about using it in a sauce.
