What to do?

I have 10 Red Savinas, 15 Caribbean Reds, 4 Bhut Jolokia, 5 Fatallis and 5 Devil's Tongues still left. Someone please give me some good sauce ideas before they go bad. I want something sweet at first then the creeping death rip off your face hot!

I'm not much into the fruit mixed with these peppers but I would say maybe pineapple/ and or like a golden crisp apple.
