Well I got creative tonight since I finally got my hands on a bunch of fresh habs. I decided to make an "extreme" hot sauce. Roasted habs, fresh habs, red habs...just under 100 habs in a batch that made 2 pints. Onion, lime juice, garlic and not much else.
This is one vicious sauce. I think it might be hotter than Devil's Drool. It's pretty damn hot.
