I bet this is delish! I've had a Fresno sauce before and LOVED the flavor. It's one of those peppers that just has a great flavor. Almost like a sweet red bell with some heat.

You are spot on with that sweetness of the Fresno. They're not hot, so I just used orange habs to spice it up a bit. Didn't want to go super xxx hot since "normal" people will be using it.

Ex-9 means it was my 9th experiment with those peppers and other ingredients. Finally stumbled upon a good combination.

And that is the freak show rock-n-roll daughter! She's only 10 and you would all be envious of her iPod music inventory!!! And it's all her own doing with the music thing........
