My Second Hot Sauce

This is my second attempt at my own hot sauce.
Here goes!

7 Yellow Bahama Bonnets (tired of calling them mystery pepper lol)
2 Shallots
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Squeezed Lemon
1/2 Large Carrot
2 Cups Red Seedless Grapes
9 Cherry Tomatos
1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbl Spn Sea Salt
1 Tbl Spn Homemade Guava Syrup

Chop all ingredients and throw into blender.
Bring to a boil and let simmer uncovered 15 minutes.

NOTE: Vodka is not an ingredient in the hot sauce

Looks alright mate, will be very interesting to see how the grapes go in there.
You should know that Hippy does this with Afterburner!

Nice sauce FTB.

Thanks guys!

As far as flavor goes this is much better than my first one, but that was more of a hot mustard sauce.
It has a very rich slightly sweet flavor that is absolutly delicious.

As far as heat goes.....
Call da fire engine!! I tasted a tea spoon out of the bottle WHOA!!

BTW I got the idea of using grapes from my bottle of Hippy's Afterburner.
