Da Bomb

I bought this sauce several years back and I was just curious if anyone has tried it.. This stuff is extremely hot from what I remember but I was in 6th grade..

I do remember taking it to school and showing it off and some kid thought he was the man and snatched it out my hand and turned it up.. Later I get called to the principal's office cause he started coughing up blood.

:onfire:

Is this what your talking about?

Nope, I have never tried it, but maybe others around here have.

Yeah I didn't know how to add a pic and I was going to add you can search da bomb on yahoo or google. But I got busy reading other things...

That is it the one I had was the one in the center.. I never tried any of the others..

Thanks for the pics though.

I have never had it but i recently make a good size order of hot sauces and was looking for recommendations by searching the site before i placed this order - I found a few people saying this sauce had good heat but tastes like ass so i took it off my list.

Yeah I can't remember what it tasted like but I remember it was hot as hell.. You can go to I think I did yahoo and typed in da bomb hot sauce and they have a review for it..

I've had them all. Ground Zero is pretty good, Beyond is damn hot and the Final Answer is ridiculous. I am not too much a fan of extract sauces, but they are good to heat up a wing sauce or something like that. I don't really recommend them for straight consumption.

kind of bla tasting but good to add to a sauce to make it hotter.
BUT I would give black mamba or jersey death a try if you are ordering as they are just hotter and better IMO.

I've only had the Ground Zero because someone on my ship bought it once and nobody eats it, so I started using it.

I don't know that I would say Black Mamba is hotter, I agree it is better tasting (and still pretty hot) but the GZ was pretty damn hot. It actually gave me some killer heartburn one time.

i made jerky with the final answer once and 2 people threw it up. i could handle it but it was a gut bomb though. it tastes like a pure extract, even though theres like 20 ingredients they are in my opinion wasted.

I've had this sauce. One drop is like have your tongue injected with a hot needle full of lava. It burns quick and bad...It's borderline negligible flavor makes it an additive more than a sauce, kind of like a weaker Satan's Blood. I put it in chili and sometimes into homemade BBQ sauce.

I've had beyond insanity and the final answer.

both of them taste disgusting but final answer is pretty hot and I like that about it.. Speaking of which, I think I'm the only person on this site that likes the superhots.

This stuff almost killed me! My buddy and I use that term loosely, pour it on my chili cheese fries when I went to get a beer. Huge surprise! I now use it to heat up my chili. Not much taste but plenty of heat.

Cajohn's made Black Mamba as a joke. The nastiest, vilest, and hottest that they could come up with!Beware! :hell: I am a Black mamba survivor. It now resides on a shelf with my utmost respect! :mouthonfire: ENJOY!

Yeah, Ive dealt with sauces with extract as well. I may be willing to try some, but most taste pretty similar. I am a HUGE fan of natural sauces. You just cant consume a lot of extract sauce. Natural you can. If you want a hot as hell sauce WITHOUT the extract, there are plenty out there!

The Black Mamba is definitely one of the worst out there, but I think The Hottest Sauce In The Universe as well as Mad Dog 357 Silver Edition are both even hotter!

I tried Da Bomb on Saturday and I echo what a lot of other people have said...due to it's taste I'm only using it as an additive. So far I've added it to Beans, Frank Hot Sauce and a pot of Chili and they came out great.

When I cracked it open initially I dipped the end of a knife in and tasted it, it's the hottest sauce I've tried yet but I'm a relative newcomer to sauces.

Even if the heat wasn't an issue to consume it 'neat' the taste kills that idea...just not what I'd describe as nice.

Cheers.

Which from the Da Bomb line did you get? Their Final Answer is one heck of a nasty substance ;)
