Hey guys, i'm getting ready to work on sourcing for some dry rubs I've been working on. If anyone has any suggestions for suppliers of reasonable, quality spice containers, please let me know.

I ordered both the 4 oz and the 1 oz spice Shaker bottles from here:
http://www.sks-bottl...iceBottles.html and I must say that they are great and I though a very good value.

this thread is a little old, but I ordered 8 oz jars from-

http://www.container.../sitesearch.asp

I like those jars as you can get the double flip top lid that has the spoon side and 3 large holes on the shaker side. Much better to have the large holes if your spice blend is the least bit chunky. You can order any quantity.

I like these 3oz glass shakers that are air tight with the screw on cap.

Best bang for the buck I've found.

Shipping is very reasonable too.

I ordered my shaker bottles from Freund Container and Supply but now I'm looking for some of the 6 compartment shakers. Anyone seen these.

Hay HBD

Just wondering what size and how many jars are you interested in? Looking to have someone from the states here split a 50,000 piece order.

Cheers, SC

I am having difficulty finding a good deal online myself for bulk orders of 100+ shaker containers. The cheapest I can find is Freund Container which come out to about 82 cents a container after shipping. I can get the exact shaker at Kroger filled with paprika for a dollar, which is what I need for my wing rub anyway, but I guess it all depends on what it is you are using them for. I make my own pepper powders each year from my garden and store them in mason jars. When I make my rub, however, I need shakers and the base is paprika. I guess until I need to make an absolute ton of this stuff to sell, Kroger is my best option.

I'm reviving this thread with what I've found to be the cheapest on the net (still searching though) 4 Oz Glass spice jars with double sided, sealed lids for .95 cents a piece if ordering 12, or order 96 and get them for .93 cents a jar. I'll post if I find anything cheaper.
