Seriously, i don't know the technical terminology that well, so if i tried to explain it in layman's terms, i'd probably confuse you even worse. And myself as well....

Yes I do..... :-) Or the closest thing to it.. I teach in a private alternative school for kids that don't go to the public school system or been removed from it. There are a variety of reasons such as truancy, social phobias, learning disabilites, community embarassment (ex. being raped or molested) etc.

It is a shame.. Good kids, bad familes mostly. Some of them do have good families and are spoiled rotten. I am trying to get in a public school.

I have more sauces on the left hand side on another cabinet. I have to see if I have any other pics stored on the webcam.

On Monday I can take some closer shots I guess or ask to borrow one of the ladies digital cams. My web cam is cheap and sucks.

It is. I often to very well there. Most of my students and I work well together. One girl gives me problems but thats it. The absent rate is high so it is very hard to make any significant progress in the curriculum. I only have them for 3 periods a week because our students come for 4 periods in the morning and then another group comes in for the afternoon session. Overall the program is as successful as it can be. I try to make them have fun yet learn at the same time. The hot sauces is one way I am able to do it.. I always have kids coming in so I often take peanuts and coat them in dave's insanity and then sprinkle red savina powder on top of them and they are like "Awesome!" and always running to the water fountain in the office. It is a small bldg unlike public schools.

They are always on the lookout for new bottles that I bring in since I save them and put them up on the shelf which I am going to have to extend at this rate. New bottles going up there are

Talon-- CA Johns
Ignite-- CA Johns
Radical Heat-- Danny Cash
CA Boom 2 hot-- Firecracker Case (they will love this ! , lol)
Endorphin Rush

Good Question,

This is my number 1 question when showing off my collection. Most of them I do like and use mostly. There are a few that I didn't like and I did just empty them and save the bottle such as Liquid Lava, Walker Woods Scotch Bonnet, even Ace and Krakatoa I really didn't care for that much but those I did finish mostly. Some of the strong stuff with the extracts I didn't finish. The Slap my ass one I didn't since the taste was horrific.

Most of them though I did finish. I just finished Talon and going to open Radical Heat by Danny Cash or Ignite by CA Johns tonight. Thinking of chinese or pizza.

Which one would be better on pizza?
 
You don't like Walkerswood Scotch Bonnet and Ace?!?

Best thing to do with sauces that you don't like that are hot are add them in small parts to large dishes so the flavor gets hidden, but you add a little heat.

Last night I had fried wontons and was putting a decent amoutn of talon on each one. After having a dozen I felt stomach pains for a little bit.. lol then it went a way

I like using sauces where I can use a good amount at a time
