It's just a hobby for me, cooking chili that is. I also like to track down and revive old chili recipes. I like and cook all kinds of spicy stuff.

I once cooked at El Chico in Dallas but that was years ago.

I am a regular poster at roadfood.com and probably know a few of you folks already. TastyToo from there is who got me interested in this site. I have lurked for a while and thought, hey I might as well join in.

I can't spell worth a flip so, unless there is a good spell check here, please excuse my spellin.
