This arrived today from the great white north Quebec. From our friend on the forum Tina Brooks & Peppermaster in a unique bottle with a gold top, we could tell we were given a gourmet sauce. What was inside didn't disappoint. The ingredients include some world class items as Chardonnay wine,morel mushrooms plus cayenne & birdseye peppers for a unique flavor & smooth heat that builds with each taste to a slow burn. I would say a 7 on my heat scale & a 10 on the flavor scale they suggest shrimp or fish for a classic cajun dinner or steam mussels or clams with a few tablespoons of this sauce
