smoking A Prelude to a brisket...

Just started my Big Green Egg in preparation to receive it's new guest Mr. Brisket:

Loaded up, now the waiting/smoking begins:

Not long for brisket. Can take 24 hrs. 200-225 for 1-1 1/2 hrs. per pound. That's a 24 hour smoke for a 16 pounder.

Nah, he actually has a Big Green Egg. PMD would never spring for that. He'd be doing it Cowboy Cooker Style. Besides, there was no mention whatsoever of Dr. Pepper.
 
Boooo you guys rushing the BBQ process. TB forgot all about Texas and does PFBBQ in the oven boooo.
