Hello All I'm an American living in germany my "addiction" to peppers started out in the army with tobasco sauce and MRE's, and then to canned pickled jalapeno's on mexican styled food. Pretty soon I had to have my Gall Bladder removed, and I studied online about various ways I could improve my health with nutrition, one of those was to trigger endorphines with Hot Pepper's so now I'm up to Dave's Insanity Spice and also like the flavour of Panola's Extra Hot Hot Sauce, and Habanero powder in my thai and mexican foods and on my meats (I love the taste of Hab's along with the super warm fuzzy it hits you square in the chest with). My wife who wouldnt touch anything hot (except me 
) now likes hot chipotle and nu mex chili and prefers mild Hab, well I'm gonna make a pepper belly of her yet. We joined this board mainly to learn more about Peppers and there benifits. I've already seen the pic's of Iamaguitargod eating the Bhut Jolokia (that boy has got to be nut's but he has guts.....or at least had them tell the next day and his visit to the porcelin throne
