Hello All

Hello All I'm an American living in germany my "addiction" to peppers started out in the army with tobasco sauce and MRE's, and then to canned pickled jalapeno's on mexican styled food. Pretty soon I had to have my Gall Bladder removed, and I studied online about various ways I could improve my health with nutrition, one of those was to trigger endorphines with Hot Pepper's so now I'm up to Dave's Insanity Spice and also like the flavour of Panola's Extra Hot Hot Sauce, and Habanero powder in my thai and mexican foods and on my meats (I love the taste of Hab's along with the super warm fuzzy it hits you square in the chest with). My wife who wouldnt touch anything hot (except me :D ) now likes hot chipotle and nu mex chili and prefers mild Hab, well I'm gonna make a pepper belly of her yet. We joined this board mainly to learn more about Peppers and there benifits. I've already seen the pic's of Iamaguitargod eating the Bhut Jolokia (that boy has got to be nut's but he has guts.....or at least had them tell the next day and his visit to the porcelin throne :onfire::onfire::fire:) anyway hi all.

Greetings and Salutations,

Welcome to the wonderful world of everything that goes from spice to nice. You will find this forum to be real educational yet humorous at times.. You might even find it addicting.. lol!! When my students are out I am on! Some really good people on here. Many people in the business too are on here!

This is hands down the best forum I belong too!

Welcome!

If your wife can handle numex twilights, she's doing well. They still hurt me when picked off the plant.

Actually she handles NuMex Red Chili powder in the food she only eats Jalapenos raw fro the vine.

LOL. I'm nuttier than a bag of bag of ducks(which is odd because when I bought the bag it was labeled peanuts and I left them in the fridge next to the bottle of Defcon....next day....bag of ducks....)

Have you been able to visit Passau, Germany yet?

Our greenhouse is attached to our house, not like in the States were its is its own house. I used to drink beer and other adult bevrages by the case and or bottle, I dont drink anymore but no, I'm not offended. And when I was a teen and young adult I used to smoke cigarettes and the other "special" cigarettes of the self rolled nature, but I quit that a very long time ago before I joined the Army.

The reason I ask is that's where my family comes from. I've been meaning to go there but havn't got the funds. From what I hear it's beautiful. If anyone wants the Google Earth Link, Here it is.
