hot-sauce Taste Bud XXX datil Pepper Sauce

A fantastic sauce from up in ST.Augustine, Florida.
We've carried the original(Taste Bud Datil Pepper sauce) for years and always liked it. But the new XXX is the one for me now.
Made with Datil peppers in the traditional datil style with catsup I would make it a 6-7 on my heat scale You get the great flavor from the datils & the great Taste Bud flavor. Remarkable sauce truly an all purpose hot sauce. We think it works great as an xtra spicy cocktail sauce for boiled shrimp.

Comes in a plastic squeeze bottle so you can control the flow as little or as much as you like.

I recieved a bottle of this from Mick at Kato's,
And I now have another favorite sauce that won't last long on my sauce shelf.
I give this a 10 on flavor, sweet with heat. Had bottle in hand and applied generously to a pizza and was great on the Labor-day brats from the grill.
I would say a 6 on my heat scale.
and agree it would kick up a cocktail sauce nicely.
