For those in San Diego or even Long Beach

There are two stores in San Diego and one in Long Beach that offer an large array of hot sauces called Hot Licks. I don't work for them (never have), but just thought other southern cali pepper heads might like the info. I went down there and spent an hour just mulling over their entire store...I ended up walking away with only 5, but IMO it was worth the trip.

I went there when I was in San Diego last year. I sampled so many hot sauces and ended up walking away with a whole crap load of them. Pretty cool store. I just wish they had the chili dog shirt in my size. Pretty funny pic of a dog eating out of the trash with a flaming fart shooting out it's butt.

I'm in OC and might head out to the one in LB next time im in the area. Question though. Are most of the sauces "common" meaning they are made out of a few common peppers like habs, serrano, and scotch bonnet and jalapenos? I've been to a few places that sell hundreds of sauces, but 99% of them all use the same peppers and seem to focus more on a catchy name and cool looking label instead of making a GOOD flavorful sauce.

If you check out the products on the site itself, it'll give you a good indication on what to expect to see at the store.
