Okay, I gotta admit, Mick, I'm not usually a fan of sauces where I can taste the vinegar, so, when I tipped the bottle and put this sauce on my tongue, just like that, I wasn't really impressed. BUT, when I poured it onto a taco, the flavour in this sauce came alive! I've since tried it on hamburgers and it's really got something going on.
Unfortunately, it's not hot at all, I put it as a 3. (Our Fusion Fire being a 10). Man oh though, I like this sauce better than I ever liked Franks.
