howdy all, just found this place and i like the look and feel.

been growing peppers outside for a few years and this year i plan to do some indoors.

last year grew some PC-1, White Bullet habaneros, orange habaneros and tepins.

this years list is currently still in the works but i have PC-1, Purira, Naga Jolokia, Bhut Jolokia, hungarian wax, fresno, mushroom, white habaneros, orange habaneros, scotch bonnets, tepins and fatalii all in rockwool cubes germinating.

I'm growing white bullets this year, how do they taste? Do they really ripen to an ivory white color?
 
they taste like a habanero...kind of a smokey taste. personally i liked the orange habaneros better.
the white ones are very small and do ripen to a yellowish ivory color. dried ones almost look like white raisens. the yield is is nice on the white bullets but the fruit is so small they don't add up to much. they are about 2-3 times the size of tepins but no where near as hot.

the PC-1 were very tastey and made some very good paste
