contest Throwdown rules/guidelines

Forgive me as I'm a newbie here, but where can I get detailed information on how to enter a throwdown, and it's rules and guidelines.
Thanks,
Rich

They're posted when they start up individually but basically you cook the selected dish and post pics. Not much more to it.

Does the entry have to be sent to a particular person/judge, or just a general viewer post? And when I submit, does it have to include the recipe and instructions? Last of all, is it judged by a poll or judging team?

Thanks,
Rich

Judged by the pictures in a public poll. Don't try to get a head start there's some proof involved as to when it was made ;)

Glad you are interested.

It's a just-for-fun once a month cooking contest.

Speaking of which, next weekend is the time! Anyone have their stuff planned out yet?
