I do use a lot of them. I just can't open them up all at once. My favorite right now is crazy uncle jester's wing sauce. I think I could just drink that one straight.

Alright, I'll give you that... I did spot some open bottles up there.
I can understand you don't want them to go off either (I've had that happen before!)
Most of my open ones I put in the fridge. I'm finally about ready to open a new batch from the shelf though.Nice collection.

Except for the really expensive bottles, I usually buy two of things I feel are worth trying. That way I have one to put back in my collection and one to use.

sweet i like it i just started my first bottle is Blair's Holiday reserve 2004I finally finished my other shelf. I still have a few more to put up.
