HOT dogs

I think it is high time that we start giving one of the US' trademark foods it's due. There are a million ways to make a hot dog, and I have had many, but I have a freezer full of hot dogs (I seem to never be able to pass them up when on sale), and I need some ideas. I propose this thread as a place to show off your hot dog prowess. Let's make them creative and of course HOT! I don't have a get started pic as this just came to me and I have just eaten, but I promise to chime in with some pics soon. In the meantime, what is YOUR favorite dog?

Freshly baked sweet buns with hot dogs at the newly opened T&T grocery store. It is a world of wonders.

Ash.

In north Texas.

Every donut shop features those.

Many erroneously call them kolache.

They are a variation.

Of koblasnek.

My favorite local joint.

The Donut Box.

Owned and operated.

By Koreans.

My Mexican compadre Miguel first turned me on to the joint.

Texyong.

Czech in.

And brown out.

Nope they are Chinese. I grew up eating those for 70 cents a piece when I was broke in Chinatown lol. If they cost more that $1.35 now I would say they are pushing it.

Thats a pretty good market if they got Hot Bird ramen. Ive looked for it at all of mine. None of them have it. I can get the sausage buns at a couple of them. One is just a Chinese bakery and the other has a small bakery at the entrance to a market.
