So I have been contemplating this recipe for awhile and unfortunately used the last I had frozen and had to order pods. The good news is I found a source with isolated pods. Bad news is I paid for that. lol.
They are nice sized and bumpy (woohoo)

I took a few of the biggest ones and de-seeded them since I searched hard for isolated because I wanted some seed for next year and fresh pods and seeds for this sauce. I have a few bags of 50 seeds I would like to sell to offset the ungodly price for the pods. Go figure these things go out of season. lol. Since I seen to only be able to post 2 pics per post I will post a few more after this post. Nice oil content and seed counts. I am asking $6 for 50 seeds postage included in the US ( outside US pays postage ). Paypal. PM me if interested.

Hi.

I've been trying to verify if these peppers are in fact Naga Jolokia's. Every picture I've seen of NJ's are not what you posted here. They look more like Naga Morich. Let me know if/when you are able to find anything on these peppers.
