I was recently walking thru pikes market place with some friends one of which was talking about the spicy jellies she used to get when she was younger all day. We found the stand, Woodring northwest specialties. Been in the market since 1992 and make the most amazing pepper jelly I have tasted. This stuff is heaven. Its thick and super fruity like smuckers but has a great kick and has just the right amount of pepper for a nice burn and makes for a great flavor.
