Chili ID please

What are these? A friend of mine gave them to me today and I have no idea what they are. They are orange and each one has a dark film on it like it is dirt but it doesn't come off. Each pod varies in heat but they seem to be hotter than habaneros. The pod on the left almost looks like the mythical Scorpion Naga.

I grew peach habs from Peppermania seeds and they were a cream color, perfectly round, and had uniform ridges in them. They weren't very hot like these are.
