smokers Big Green Egg

Since this thread is for the BGE let's not turn it into a fanboy thread for other grills, let's try to help him get his ribs to how he likes them as we all know the BGE can do it.
 
I prefer to tear the rib meat off the bone like a savage. 
 
These are the best baby backs I've ever made. No close-ups of the smoke ring or anything, but the egg is out-performing the Traeger by a quite a bit. The extra work is worth it.

Savina: Did you get the XL? That's a lot of extra area to heat compare to the akorn. Maybe elevate the rack so it's closer to the dome?

No I picked up the Large.
