Looking for Pepper Mash

I need to get some large quantities of pepper mash 10-25 gallons depending. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of pepper mash wholesalers? I am also looking for vegetable wholesalers in Central Texas for things like onions, garlic, pineapple, and a few other things.

10-25 gallons isn't much, and can be bought from LA Pepper Exchange easily. I've found they're easier to deal with on the phone though rather than email.

If you're in Texas, you might also drop John Vollmer a line - jvollmer@vpitexas.com. Vollmer Products (www.vollmerproducts.com) have some fantastic sources for pepper mash. I can vouch that their cayenne mash is pretty fantastic.
