health Brownish Yellow Spots

I'm getting some brownish/yellow spots on leaves on some of my chinese and pubescens. The annums seem to be doing fine. Here are a couple of pics. Any ideas???

From the pictures you posted, I would say some sunburned spots. It seems like Pubescens and some Chinense are less tolerant of full sun.

Another possibility is if you have high moisture where you are growing. If you look at the spots, does there appear to be a black spot in the middle or around the edges, if so, I would say bacterial. Can you get any really close macro shots of a spot?

Some of my pubescens have something very similar, but most of my peppers are suffering from a fungal issue so I can't really rule that out. The ones out of direct sun seem unaffected, but then they are also isolated from my infected plants, so...

i know this post is a little old but did you figure out what it was?   i misted my pepper plants today and didnt realize that water drops had formed on the leaves and where the drops were, there is now light brown spots from sun burn. this could be your case, it only takes an hr or so in direct sun.
