hot-sauce Three Hot Tamales Toxic Tonic Hot Sauce

We received this from Three Hot Tamales & I immeaditly opened the package to find loads of goodies the Three Hot Tamales that describe themselves as a small start up company owened by 3 women from New Jersey whose goal is to create great hot sauces that focus on flavor first

The Toxic Tonic hot sauce We opened first because I like the name and sounded very tasty the ingredients include Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Crushed red pepper, Cayenne peppers, spanish paprika, onions,& natural smoke flavor
The flavor is very good with fair amount of heat I like the flavor of this sauce & how the flavor comes on before the heat gets to you a great chile flavor at first with a hit of heat delayed by mere moments
I would say a 7 out of 10 on flavor & an 8 of 10 on heat a very good sauce.

The Toxic Tonic packs a little more heat than the Make Me Moan Mango, I 'd give it a 6-1/2 to 7 on heat, with a more coarser texture I would use it for brushing on any meat on the grill and am going to use it in a marinade on some venison jerky I'm making this weekend.
I would give it a 7 to 7-1/2 on flavor.
It is a good sauce.

I used the Toxic Tonic as a base for the jerky marinade and was quite pleased. I like the coarser texture that stuck with the jerky when drying.
