Throwdown: Mango-ingredient dish

Rules:
You must create a meal with mango. The focus is on the main dish, no side dishes unless it is necessary for the meal.

Proof of Life = .95 (coins in one picture totaling the amount)

You may post as many teaser pics, and progress pics as you want.

You must create one official entry post with a name for your creation, ingredients, cooking methods, and TWO MAX presentation pics! Choose the best. If you wish to add more pics make sure you do so in unofficial entry posts before your final post.

Must have a hot pepper ingredient.

Those are the rules. If you have questions please get together with your competitor to figure it out.

Mango puree, champagne, float triple sec on top and drop in a cherry

Eating right now, on the 3rd drink....MMMMmmmm and Holy Crap this is :mouthonfire: HOT!

TB- that's a bummer for the allergy. It's only one fruit out of many though.

The burn's all gone now but we had numb lips for a while.

The Full Cast-
mango and shrimp
Granny Smith apples
ginger and garlic
scallion, red pepper and lime for garnish
Red Savina and Aji Chinchi chiles
sambal and red curry paste
green beans, carrot, red bell pepper, scallions
coconut milk

Stirfried in the cast iron wok and served over Chinese-style noodles

Not a curry fan SL but that dish has a whole 'lotta' shakin' goin'. You nailed it to the wall girl! Is that a cast iron wok?

Thanks, TB. It is a cast iron wok. It worked good on the bbq burner, that burner seemed to keep the heat up better than the stove burner. I just edited the post to include the wok description. We had some leftovers for lunch today, and it seems hotter than last night.
