Around the corner from where I work they just built a new Wing Warehouse. Pretty good food. On Thursday evenings they have $1.00 Beer night. So a group of us go there on Thursdays after work. I had their "Afterburner" wings. Thats the hottest they make...To my co-workers they are too hot. I eat them. They use a sauce that they make...tastes like a vinegar based habanero sauce. Not extremely hot but pretty warm.
They have about 50 different flavors. I've tried quite a few of them. The Mohave Ranch has a real nice flavor. It basically a spicy BBQ sauce mixed with ranch salad dressing. Almost all their sauces are made onsite.
