hello all i just wanted to share this with all who love shrimp (can be done with chicken if you wish)
AJIJOE' MOJO SHRIMP
COMBINE 6 EGGS WITH ABOUT 12 OZ OF FLOUR
mix in paprika 1 tsp baking powder
take favorite aji pepper other favorite hot in blender or food processor then puree
you can also use dried peppers or your favorite other pepper (amount of hot pepper and garlic are to you own taste)
mix entire mixture together with MOJO CREOLO SAUCE until thick and creamy
dip shrimp in until well coated deep fry until crispy ENJOY
you can find MOJO CREOLO IN MOST ETHNIC SECTIONS IN YOU LOCAL SUPER MARKET AS WELL AS SPECIALTY STORES
