I'm going to do an uneducated guess at poblano.

Other Names: Poblano, Pablano

Flower Period: Early Spring
Foliage Color: Glossy green to dull green
Fruit Color: Forest green to eggplant purple
Fruit Cones: Peppers, pods containing seeds
Texture: Open and airy with large fruits
Lifecycle: 1 (0: N/A, 1: annual, 2: perennial)
Height: 2-4 Feet
Growth Habit: Dependent upon growing location
Form: Upright and airy
Diameter: Dependent upon growing conditions
Heirloom: yes

I am going to say probably not pablano. Pods aren't quite big enough and not nearly dark green enough. Guessing either purple jalapeno based on color or bolivian rainbow based on shape, but that doesn't really explain all of them being the same color. OK I admit it, I am stumped.
