Valido's Garlic Olive Salsa a great tasting salsa with loads of garlic with both black & green olives but not much as far as heat.
I can see using this as a topping for pasta or maybe on pizza

Sure it would work on a Muffeletta however I do have a recipe for an olive salad for Muffeletta's e-mail us and we would be happy to share
