Thanks everyone. The pepperoncini exploded. I can't cut them fast enough. Actually everything seems to be doing well.

Nice haul. Any immediate plans for them? Most of mine end up in either the dehydrator or the freezer. I would like to try my hand at hot sauce but my first two attempts back in '08 and '09 were flops. The first one was too vinegary for me and the second way too hot. I used Douglahs.

Very nice harvest ya have there, "Greek or Italian" pepperoncini? If I can pick mine while still small and green I pickle it whole, otherwise I'll slice it up and add garlic, fennel seed, artichoke, yikes! , whatever else sounds good at the time......have fun

I believe they were labeled as Congo Trinidad? Trinidad Congo? One of the 2. I got those particular seeds from Peppermania and every seed germinated. Those plants aare growing and producing like crazy. A lot of these I'll make sauces and powders, some salsa also. Some I'll give away, some I'll trade at the local farmers market for other locally grown produce. I really didn't expect this many plants to make it this year.
